All live wax worm products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Postal Service. All LIVE shipments are sent on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Your item(s) will ship within 24 hours of purchase on the days listed. If ordered before 8:00am Wednesday. So, if you order Thursday - Sunday, they will ship Monday. We have a 100% alive guarantee on all Live wax worm products Purchased. As long as someone is there at the time of delivery. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY OF LIVE PRODUCTS. SHIPPER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT LEFT DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHEREBY THERE IS NO-ONE AVAILABLE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT. If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will ship our replacements or credit your account for partial losses to be shipped with your next order. No Returns on live products. All other returns can be made by calling Best Bet Inc. at 218 246-2222 within seven days after delivery.

Although rare, due to the difficulty we have had recently with delayed shipments utilizing the post office's priority mail service, we cannot guarantee timely arrival on orders placed and shipped on Wednesdays or during any holiday week. This would also apply to any day of the week when temperatures are in the 90s at our location or yours. It is your responsibility to call us to hold shipping (218-246-2222) If you choose to place an order or have standing orders we will ship it without any delay on our part.
